Your body adapts to its environment through learned movement patters. So if you sit down for 5+ hours per day, your body is always going to adapt to be better at just that - sitting down. Too often our society is plagued by poor posture or "computer muscles". By increasing flexibility and repatterining basic movements we can improve heath, fitness, and strength. One of the foremost ways to improve upon simple movement throughout the day is to kick off your shoes and get moving. Learn how to improve your life and your body through good movement, joint health, and barefoot training.
